For productive work in sociocratic circles, we need people willing to take on the roles of facilitator and secretary. While the facilitator ensures adherence to sociocratic principles, the secretary coordniates talking time and organizes the dates for circle meetings. Be closely involved in the decisions for the festival and ensure that those who couldn't attend don't miss anything by documenting and taking notes! This position is crucial for communication and information sharing.

No prior knowledge is required, just the motivation to learn. We will introduce you to your role and learn how it works together.

We have focus roles (that's what we call the people responsible for individual sub-areas). Are you dedicated, results-oriented, flexible, enjoy delegating and coordinating tasks (to our volunteer helpers), and are you eager to get involved, take on responsibility, and talk to people? Then this is the right role for you!

Are you interested in getting closer to Ancient Trance right now? We are currently looking for volunteers (preferably in Leipzig) for the following focus roles:

Social media focus preferably in Leipzig

We want to enable the Ancient Trance family worldwide to discover memories, moments, and wonders, therefore we are looking for someone to fill a social media role (primarily Instagram). You are familiar with image and video material and can manage existing content. This involves creating a content plan with text to regularly post these wonderful impressions and share them with over 10k followers.

Merchandise focus in Leipzig

We're looking for someone with a knack for design and organizational skills, handling design consultations, administration, ordering, and coordinating screen printing. Are you interested in sourcing organic, secondhand, or recycled products for our sustainable merch, based in Leipzig, and would you like to contribute?

We are looking for people to enrich the volunteer team in Leipzig by organizing and coordinating the helpers for the setup, the festival and the dismantling!
