1. General

The organizer of the Ancient Trance Festival is Maultrommel e.V. (hereinafter also "we"), registered with the Leipzig District Court in the register of associations under number VR30951, and registered with the Eilenburg Tax Office under VAT ID No. DE272175148.

Address and contact details:
Maultrommel e.V., Grassdorfer Straße 52, 04425 Taucha
Fax. 034298 - 5825620, Email: info@ancient-trance.de

Place of jurisdiction is Leipzig.

By purchasing a festival ticket, the purchaser accepts the general terms and conditions and the festival regulations set forth here.

2. Purchase Agreement

The purchase of tickets or related services creates a direct contractual relationship between the purchaser and the organizer, Maultrommel e.V.

The purchaser's binding offer to conclude the contract is made by correctly entering and submitting all necessary data for payment processing and shipping the tickets, or, in the case of bank transfers, by receipt of payment at the box office (prepayment). Subsequent changes or corrections to the information can be communicated to the email address info@ancient-trance.de.

The general two-week right of withdrawal or return stipulated in the Distance Selling Act cannot be applied according to Section 312b Paragraph 3 No. 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB), since the festival ticket is a brokerage of services in the areas of leisure activities and accommodation. Therefore, withdrawal from the purchase contract for this festival ticket is excluded. See the decision of the Munich District Court of December 2, 2005, file number: 182 C 26144/05.

Payment of the total price is due immediately and without deductions after submitting or sending the order.

The prices offered for the tickets are final prices, including the advance booking fee and the applicable VAT. Additional fees may apply for payments not made by bank transfer, direct debit, or cash. An additional shipping fee applies for mail delivery.

Paper tickets are delivered at the purchaser's expense and risk. We are only liable within the scope of Deutsche Post AG's liability. Tickets will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

For transfers from abroad, the purchaser is responsible for all transfer fees.

All tickets contain a so-called QR code with a unique ticket number. Admission is granted once per QR code or the ticket number encoded therein. The code must therefore be kept in a safe place - like cash - and serves as binding proof of eligibility.

The purchase of admission tickets and complimentary tickets for the purpose of resale is generally prohibited. Violations and attempted fraud will be prosecuted in all cases.

3. Refund

If, contrary to expectations, the event is canceled by the organizer, the purchaser can return their ticket to the organizer within 6 weeks. In this case, the organizer will only refund the face value of the ticket if the ticket was verifiably purchased from an authorized ticket office.

In all other cases (including program changes, weather conditions, loss of the ticket, obscured view, etc.), there is no right to a refund of the purchase price of tickets.

4. Program Planning

The respective artists are solely responsible for the content of the musical performances. The organizer reserves the right to change the entire program (including admission times and program sequence) at any time without prior notice.

The content does not reflect the opinion of the organizer, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.

Due to the volume of the program performances, there is a risk of hearing damage. Every person legally present on the premises must provide their own suitable hearing protection.
