With the purchase of a festival ticket the buying person accepts the general terms and conditions and the festival rules written down here.
By purchasing tickets or related services, a direct contractual relationship between the purchasing person and the organizer Maultrommel e.V. is established.
The binding offer for the conclusion of the contract on the part of the purchasing person is made by the correct entry and sending of all necessary data for the processing of payment and the dispatch of the tickets or, in the case of bank transfers, by the receipt of the payment at the concert box office (advance payment). Subsequent changes or corrections of the data can be communicated under the email address info@ancient-trance.de.
The general two-week right of withdrawal or return regulated in the Distance Selling Act cannot be applied according to §312b para. 3 no. 6 BGB (German Civil Code), as the festival ticket is a procurement of services from the areas of leisure activities and accommodation, thus a withdrawal from the purchase contract of this festival ticket is excluded. See decision of the district court Munich from 02.12.2005, reference number: 182 C 26144/05.
Payment of the total price is due immediately and without deductions after submission or dispatch of the order.
The offered prices for the tickets are final prices including advance booking fee, as well as including the respectively valid value added tax. Additional fees may apply for payments not made by bank transfer, direct debit or cash. An additional shipping fee will be charged if tickets are sent by mail.
In the case of delivery of paper tickets, this is at the expense and risk of the person making the purchase. We are only liable within the scope of liability of Deutsche Post AG. The tickets will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
In the case of transfers from abroad, the purchasing person assumes all transfer fees.
All tickets contain a so-called QR code with an individual ticket number. Admission is granted once per QR code or the ticket number encoded in it. The code must therefore be kept in a safe place - like cash - and is considered binding proof of authorization.
The purchase of tickets and free tickets for the purpose of resale is generally prohibited. Violations and attempted fraud will be prosecuted in any case.
If, contrary to expectations, the event is cancelled by the organizer, the purchasing person can return his ticket to the organizer within 6 weeks. In this case, the organizer will only refund the face value of the ticket if it can be proven that the ticket was purchased at an authorized advance booking office.
In all other cases (including program changes, weather conditions, loss of the ticket, obscured view...) there is no right to a refund of the purchase price of tickets.
The responsibility for the content of the musical performances lies solely with the respective artists. The organizer reserves the right to change the complete program (including admission times and program sequence) at any time without prior notice.
The contents do not reflect the opinion of the organizer, his legal representatives, vicarious agents or assistants.
During the program performances there is a risk of hearing damage due to the volume. Every person who is lawfully on the premises must provide suitable hearing protection himself.
Sound, image and film recordings are permitted exclusively for private use.
Unauthorized publication of recordings of performing artists may result in criminal prosecution.
Maultrommel e.V. declines any liability in case of violation of this regulation.
Image rights: Visitors grant the organizer the right to be captured in photographs and/or film footage. Visitors agree that this material may be made publicly available. Visitors have no claim to the image rights of recordings that are photographed or filmed in connection with the event by the organizer or its authorized persons and on which they can be recognized.
Access to all areas belonging to the festival is at your own risk.
The festival visitors are obliged to abide by the festival rules. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the festival.
Admission is only possible with the admission wristbands purchased at the festival box office or received against validation of the admission tickets and only through the official entry points. Only with the admission wristband is it possible to re-enter the festival grounds.
Persons staying on the festival area without a valid admission ticket will be expelled from the area.
The security service will carry out entrance and security checks at the entrance and along the festival area, as well as in the parking lot during the entire duration of the event.
The orders of the security service must be obeyed.
The security service is authorized to carry out random bag checks and body searches.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry at any time without giving reasons. The bringing of glassware, beverage cans, pointed, bulky, dangerous and pyrotechnical objects as well as weapons is generally prohibited. Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic containers are permitted in small quantities up to 2 liters. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or ejection from the festival grounds. The discretion lies solely with the organizer.
Garbage is to be disposed of in the bins provided throughout the grounds.
Smoking is generally prohibited in the indoor areas.
Most of the festival will take place outdoors. Shelters are only available for a part of the guests.
The organizer is guided by the law for the protection of minors.
Children under the age of 14 may be denied entry to the festival grounds if they are not accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for their children and are obliged to supervise them on the entire festival area.
The organizer is not liable for items lost or stolen during the event.
Claims for damages arising from positive breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort are excluded, unless the organizer, his legal representative or his vicarious agents have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance and delay are limited to compensation for foreseeable damage in the case of slight negligence.
Should individual provisions of the GTC or the festival regulations be invalid or incomplete, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
We adhere to the data protection laws valid in Germany. The information of the purchasing person will only be collected within this framework and will only be used for the execution of the contract.
Furthermore, our general privacy policy applies.
The contractual relationship concluded between Maultrommel e.V. and the purchasing person is exclusively governed by German law.
You enter the festival area and all areas belonging to the festival at your own risk. The organizer cannot be held liable for any damages.
Take care of each other and respect the limits of your fellow men, so we can all experience a wonderful Ancient Trance Festival!
If someone does not keep to the festival rules, this can lead to a house ban, the ticket expires in this case without replacement.
When parking, please follow the instructions of the security staff. Parking your vehicles is at your own risk. Escape routes must be kept clear. We cannot guarantee the safety of your vehicles.
Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away for a fee.
We encourage you to form car pools or to use public transport. This saves space and protects the environment.
We do not tolerate sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, transphobia, ageism, ableism or any other form of discrimination or assaultive behavior! If you can't identify with this, better stay away from our festival.

Camping is only allowed in the designated areas. Camping vehicles are only allowed on the designated caravan sites, a separate ticket is required for this. You have to bring a tarpaulin which you place under your vehicle - this way any liquids that might leak out cannot get into the ground.
Driving on the tent areas is not allowed. It is not possible to reserve campsites.
All visitors who set up a tent must ensure that their tent site and its surroundings are left tidy again. The site should be left free of trash, broken glass, sharp or pointed objects, cigarette filters, and materials that are harmful to the environment. The use of grills and stoves with open flame is allowed only if there is no danger of forest fire and it does not damage the meadow. The use of disposable grills is generally not allowed. Open fire is generally not allowed. Please join the established fireplace(s).
Smoldering or glowing objects (e.g. cigarette butts) must not be thrown onto the meadow or into the woods (fire hazard!!).
We cannot guarantee the safety of your tent or your property. Please pay attention to the trees around your campsite - due to intensive weather conditions branches can break off and fall down.
Each person is responsible for their own belongings.
We are located on land kindly provided. Please leave the meadow really clean! Use only 100% biodegradable soap and cosmetics on the meadow and the bush shower. Act (environmentally) conscious!
Respect the peace and quiet of the other festival visitors!
The operation of sound systems, generators and other noisy items is not allowed.
Sound, picture and film recordings are only allowed for private use.
The unauthorized publication of recordings of performing artists may have criminal consequences.

Please respect the smoking ban in the indoor areas. Use ashtrays. Let's leave the place cleaner than we found it.
Please take care of your children. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to enter the festival area without an adult accompanying them, especially in the evening hours.
Leave your dogs at home. If you have to take them with you, please keep them on a leash in the whole city area and on the festival and camping area.
You can move naked in the designated areas (sauna area), everywhere else please dress.
Violations may result in expulsion from the festival.
